About us

Logo of the social media platform, with a large green star-shaped sparkle and a smaller one below it, both with a black background.

Field2Future, powered through Aspire Community, supports under represented, disconnected and disengaged young people across regional and remote Australia, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

We focus on four areas: Play, Learn, Lead and Thrive.

Through sport, especially hockey and traditional Indigenous games, along with education and cultural connection, we create opportunities for growth and change.

Our programs remove barriers, strengthen wellbeing and open pathways into learning, employment and leadership.

Our mission

Two gold stars, one large and one small.

We open opportunities so young people, especially Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth in regional and remote Australia, can play, learn, lead and thrive, building confidence and capability through programs shaped by culture, community and lived experience.

Our Vision

Icon of a large gold star with a smaller gold star below it on a black background.

Our vision is for young people across Australia to be confident, capable and clear about their future, with opportunities in sport, education and leadership that strengthen identity, build resilience and empower them to uplift their communities.

Our Values

Three girls sitting around a white table in a classroom, smiling at the camera. They are examining educational booklets and papers. The classroom has posters on the wall and a large monitor.

We create fair and accessible opportunities so every young person can participate, progress and succeed.

InclusioN

We respect and centre the identity, strength and lived experience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people and communities.

Culture

We work in partnership with schools, families and communities to co design solutions that reflect local needs and create lasting impact.

Collaboration

We build connection, belonging and shared responsibility to support strong, empowered communities now and into the future.
